The countdown is on!

Vacation is in 12 days and I’m so excited! Can’t wait to look at some apartments and hopefully pick one so we can get this move on the road. Last month and this month have been really stressful, been working really hard, sleeping very little and been breaking out like crazy. I feel like a teenager all over again, I’m trying to get myself together before I go see my boo so I have somewhat changed my diet and been using some different products to get my skin back the way it was. I hear some naturals say they have experienced some minor breakouts once they turned natural, has anyone else found that to be true? Give me some recommendations on what I could use on my face.

Apple Cider Vinegar

So guys I know I am probably late, but I just started using Apple Cider Vinegar and I must tell you there are so many benefits to this stuff. I know the smell really isn’t the greatest….but if you are able to get past smelling like chitlins I think you would love it too. Apple cider vinegar is helpful with:

1. Diabetes

Researchers found that people with type 2 diabetes have showed favorable changes in blood sugar levels when consuming two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

2. Weight Loss & High Blood Pressure

The acetic acid may help prevent the buildup of body fat and certain liver fats as well as lower blood pressure

3. Dandruff

Mixing about 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup of water  is said to restore the pH balance of the scalp and discourage the overgrowth of malassezia furfur, the yeast-like fungus thought to trigger dandruff.

4. Acne (I have been using this lately for my acne problems)
I have been using this as a toner after I wash my face. It also is suppose to balance the pH levels of your face eliminating acne flare ups.
